The great Datalogic PowerScan 9600 series has been on the market for almost 1 ½ years and has become an integral part of the hands of employees in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. No wonder: the enormously rugged industrial scanners are extremely powerful and reliable. They are also perfectly balanced in the hand thanks to their ergonomic shape. This means that users no longer make any unnatural movements when scanning and can easily capture even poorly positioned barcodes. Are your customers still working with an industrial scanner other than one from the PowerScan 9600 series? Then it’s time for you to make their work easier and introduce them to Datalogic industrial scanners!
With the PowerScan 9600 series, Datalogic has the right model for each of your customers – either wired (PD9600) or wireless (PM9600/PBT9600). All models are ergonomically shaped, IP65/IP67-certified and drop-proof from a height of up to 2 m (PM9600) or 2.5 m (PD9600/PBT9600). They have a trigger for up to 10 million scans, Motionix motion detection, 3G (3 Green Lights) and are powered by a powerful 3,350 mAh battery with enough power to capture up to 80,000 scans per battery charge. The Auto Range version of the PowerScan is also available for applications in high-bay warehouses, where barcodes need to be scanned from a great distance. It scans codes reliably and quickly from a distance of up to 20 metres.
The wired PowerScan PD9600 is divided into three model variants: The standard model is ideal for applications that require barcode reading from an intuitive distance. The high-performance model offers the ability to decode high-density barcodes while increasing the depth of field of standard 1D/2D codes. And the document capture model facilitates the reading of barcodes in the wide-angle range.
The wireless PM9600 is equipped with Datalogic’s STAR cordless system and has a 1.8″ OLED display with a 4- or 16-button keypad option. The wireless charging system is based on inductive charging technology and eliminates the need for battery contacts and pins that often get dirty, bend or even break over time. The PM9600 modular base/charger is available with multiple interface connectors for standard and industrial communication. These include RS-232, USB and various Ethernet protocols.
The wireless PowerScan PBT9600 has a reading range of over 2 metres and Bluetooth 5.0 – it is also compatible with a Bluetooth charging station.
Regardless of which model your customers choose, the entire PowerScan 9600 series is based on a modular concept for greater flexibility. Among other things, the RS-232, USB and optional Ethernet interfaces for standard and industrial applications can be easily exchanged via the charging station. The integrated Motionix motion recognition technology also recognises natural movements and automatically switches the scanners to handheld or presentation mode – exactly the mode your customers need.

With this versatility, you can put together your own personalised Skorpio X5 for each of your customers.
A mobile computer family for everyone
The mobile computers of the Datalogic Memor 11 family are the ideal partners for versatile tasks in warehousing, manufacturing, transport and logistics! They have an integrated, super-flat 2D imager with a halogen DE2102-HP scan module, which enables the Memor 11 to read almost any barcode, DotCode and Digimarcs quickly and accurately, even in dark environments. The Memor 11 is also very rugged: it can withstand more shocks and drops than most other mobile computers on the market: with a protective cover it can withstand drops from a height of 1.5 metres, without a protective cover from 1.2 metres. The models in the Memor 11 family are equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11ac and 802.11w, Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, USB-C and high-speed USB 2.0, GPS, NFC and optional 4G+ LTE Advanced. The Memor 11 has a SafeSwap battery to protect application data. To replace the 4,100 mAh battery, simply release the two clips at the top left and right of the battery on the back. An LED light then indicates that the battery can be safely replaced during operation, eliminating the need to use an app.
In addition to its innovative hardware, Datalogic also offers comprehensive POST-Sales services: The EASEOFCARE (EoC) service extends the life cycle of the devices and increases productivity in the company. To ensure that your customers receive the right support for their requirements at all times, the service offerings are divided into three support areas.
