Among other things, the service ensures with its on-site service technician that your customers’ Colormetrics POS systems are ready for operation at any time and that their service life is increased. The Colormetrics on-site service is a future-oriented service, which goes far beyond telephone assistance.

From when does the service apply and how long is it valid?
The duration of Colormetrics on-site service depends on the service period your customers have chosen (1, 2 or 3 years) plus a 14-day installation buffer – so service starts when the product is delivered from the distributor to the reseller.

What does the service cover?
The on-site service includes all hardware faults covered by the regular system warranty. This also includes replacing defective hard disks and SSDs with new components and providing your customers with functional hardware.
