The new DS55 series is versatile and intelligent. With Zebra’s Intelligent Imaging technology and powerful megapixel sensor, the scanners capture 1D, 2D and OCR barcodes on the first attempt – even damaged or poorly printed ones.
The stationary DS55 can be mounted in a space-saving and flush position at the checkout, under the counter or in the self-service kiosk. The scanner is equipped with a ¼-20 camera mount as standard. A 3-in-1 mounting system is also available as an option. This is a monitor holder, wall bracket and presentation stand in one. The magnetic mounting surface holds the scanner securely in place and allows it to be swivelled to either side if required.
The DS4678 owes its high scanning performance to an 800 MHz microprocessor, a high-resolution megapixel sensor and Zebra’s exclusive PRZM Intelligent Imaging technology. The 2,500 mAh battery ensures long operating times and enables up to 50,000 scans on a single charge – that corresponds to more than 13 hours of uninterrupted scanning. The support of Virtual Tether also increases theft protection in the self-service area.
The new DS4678 is flexible and brave. It does not shy away from demanding scanning tasks and captures common 2D barcodes in printed and digital form from the mobile phone display just as reliably and quickly as dot codes, DataMatrix and very small, dense or wide barcodes.
The new Zebra DS3600-XR is reliable and rugged. Equipped with the SE5800 scan engine and Zebra‘s IntelliFocus technology, it captures 1D, 2D, Digimarc and IUID barcodes reliably and quickly – both at close range and at distances of up to 32 metres.
The DS3600-XR sets new standards in the capture of barcodes. Compared to its predecessors, its reading range has increased by more than 40% and the visibility of the target device by a factor of seven – while, at the same time, reducing its weight by 10%. It is also convincing when it comes to ruggedness: its housing is dust and waterproof to IP65/IP68, it can withstand drops from up to 3 metres onto concrete and can withstand operating temperatures from -30 to +50 °C without any problems.
