Today was not going to be a good day, I could tell. It all started when my boss said to me: »Max, today you can show what you’re really made of! « I’m a sales representative for technical services and my schedule was full. Something was brewing up in the sky as I made my way to my first job. A nasty storm was coming. The roads became slippery and visibility was severely limited. Stressed, but still on time, I reached my destination only to realise with horror: The problem was even more complicated than expected!
