Great things in life have depth

Identification that goes beyond conventional labels: The scanners of the Datalogic PowerScan 9600 DPX Series also capture DPM.

Would you like your customers to take a deeper look when scanning barcodes? Then the powerful scanners of the new PowerScan 9600 DPX Series from Datalogic are the answer! The ergonomic industrial handheld scanners capture Direct Part Marks (DPM), which are increasingly being used for direct and permanent part labelling. This enables traceability over the entire life cycle.

  • Ergonomic industrial handheld scanners for DPM applications
  • Also capture printed 1D, 2D and postal codes
  • Three models: PD9630 DPX (corded), PM9600 DPX (wireless), PBT9600 DPX (Bluetooth)
  • Support 3GL, Motionix technology and EASEOFCARE service plans
  • IP65/IP67, drop-proof from up to 2.5 m
  • PM9600 DPX: 3,350 mAh battery, 1.8″ OLED display, STAR Cordless System
  • PBT9600 DPX: 3,350 mAh battery, Bluetooth 5.0
Depth perception beyond the surface

The PowerScan 9600 DPX scanners are setting new standards in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, particularly in the field of DPM scanning, and enable the precise and fast scanning of directly marked codes on metal or plastic surfaces. Of course, they also capture common 1D and 2D barcodes as well as postal codes reliably and quickly.

Like to show their robust side

The scanners of the PowerScan 9600 DPX series are an excellent choice for harsh working environments. They withstand multiple drops from a height of up to 2.5 metres and their housing is protected against the ingress of dust, water and dirt in accordance with IP65/IP67. The equally robust trigger has a life expectancy of around 10 million operations.

Cordless freedom of movement if required

For greater freedom of movement, the PM9600 DPX is equipped with the STAR Cordless System, and the PBT9600 DPX with Bluetooth 5.0. Both also have an 3,350 mAh battery. Fully charged, it enables your customers to perform up to 80,000 scans per charge and is inductively rechargeable.
