That means from now on, you and your customers will look forward to secure Brodit holders made especially for BIXOLON printers, for example for the 4″ label printer XM7-40!
Like all of Brodit’s device-specific holders, the BIXOLON holders are compatible with the modular pedestal mount program, consisting of mounting arms, tube and forklift clamps, suction cup mounts, and the magnetic mounts for in-vehicle integration or forklift or workstation installation.
Passive or active
The XM7-40 from BIXOLON is suited for nearly all work areas in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, transport and logistics. Accordingly, the special holders from Brodit withstand a lot and are at least as flexible as the printer itself. Depending on the requirements and area of use, your customers have the choice between a passive or active mount.
This is where they differ
If your customers choose an active holder, they will receive a Sliding Power Block in addition to the MultiMoveClip. This combines an electrical connection with the convenience of a quick release. This keeps the XM7-40 charged and ready for use at all times, even after long waiting periods. In addition, the Sliding Power Block makes it even easier to remove the printer from the holder, saving your customers a lot of time.
This is what the holders have in common
Both holder variants – passive and active – have a practical MultiMoveClip from Brodit. This is primarily used in vehicles, such as forklift trucks, and extends the mobility and flexibility of your customers. All they have to do is screw the MultiMoveClip onto a ProClip and insert the device holder. The printer and device holder may then be removed from the vehicle and reinserted whenever necessary.
