The mobile computer sits securely in a robust, rubber-covered aluminium frame and has IP65 certification. It is impact-resistant from 1.2 m and works reliably in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +50 °C and at a relative humidity of up to 90%. The battery capacity is 2,500 mAh.

Excellent performance is ensured by a 1.46 GHz dual-core processor, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB memory, which may be expanded to 64 GB or 128 GB, if required. For the best possible connection during data exchange, the Taskbook features Bluetooth and WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/r (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). A 5 megapixel camera is integrated on the back.
