A work animal with an extremely thick skin – the Rhino II from Datalogic

Rhino II is exceptional in every aspect – and a real pachyderm: 3 mm anti-reflective armored glass, strong housing and protection class IP65/67 make him one of the most robust types in the vehicle terminal species.

Rhinos are loners and don’t like people or machines

Rhino II is entirely tame – especially to your customers who work in data capture in incoming goods, warehouses, commissioning and shipping. He often forms life-long friendships with forklifts, and all those who have once worked with him. He is very accessible to industrial handheld scanners: they quickly integrate and turn the vehicle terminal into the perfect partner in warehouse management.

Rhinos are insensitive and dumb

Rhino II is very sensitive and very smart. Highly user-friendly, he immediately responds to touches of his capacitive 10” or 12″ high resolution display – even with thick gloves. Thanks to his external ABCD or QWERTY keyboards with keyboard software, he knows every word internationally.

Rhinos live in the Savannah and love mud ponds

The territory of Rhino II is in harsh warehouses. A special species with integrated display heating likes to romp in frosty cold storage – temperatures from -30° to +55° C do not bother her in the least.

Rhinos are heavy and have a big appetite

Rhino II is a lightweight and, depending on the version, weighs between 3.4 to 4.7 kg. And he does not eat much either! With an optional extra battery, he runs up to 30 minutes without power. Thanks to his internal power supply, Rhino II may be taken anywhere and quickly mounted wherever he is needed.
