As a Citizen partner you score with every purchase. This results not only from the high hardware quality for which Citizen is renowned, it is also due to the Citizen Consul Club. Sales director EMEA Frank Rissler tells us more.
Mr Rissler, I will ask outright: What is the Citizen Consul Club?
Then I will give you an equally straightforward answer: It’s a loyalty programme for resellers. For each printer that they buy from a registered Citizen distributor, such as Jarltech, they earn points which they redeem for appealing rewards later on* – premiums like an iPad Pro, a Sony Smart TV or Moët & Chandon champagne.
There are plenty of loyalty programmes out there. How does the CCC stand out?
In contrast to most other programmes, Citizen does not set sales targets: the higher your turnover is, the more advantages you have! Club members also earn points when they exhibit our products on trade fairs or create case studies. On top of that, they receive sales support from Citizen, even with their project implementation.
You fundamentally reworked the Club recently. Why?
Citizen has been running the CCC very successfully for five years now. We simply thought that it was time to incorporate all the experience we gained during this period. Our goal is to make working with the Club even more comfortable for our members and to offer them even higher quality premiums.
