JT: Our candidate 1 is the new Zebra ZQ630. Applause, please! ZQ630 Series, please introduce yourself to our audience.

ZQ630: Hello, I am a mobile receipt and label printer with a colour display. The Zebra developers have intelligently designed me to improve work in retail, hospitality and logistics. I’m high-tech in a compact format and, as you see, really attractive with my one-piece, seamless design. I weigh just 1.1 kg, even with my battery, gladly accompany my user everywhere and have IP43 certification, with the optional cover even IP54 – so I withstand falls from 1.83 meters onto concrete!

JT: Wow, that sounds great! Tell us more about yourself!

ZQ630: Gladly. I quickly print receipts and labels up to 115 mm/sec. with 203 dpi resolution and with maximum 104 mm print widths. My colour display is made of tempered glass, making me a reliable guy. I have a user-friendly interface and am also very friendly: I support Link-OS and the operating systems iOS, Android and Windows. Plus, I work well together with remote administration.

And, I love to communicate – via USB and RS232C. Or via Bluetooth 4.1, Bluetooth Low Energy and WLAN 802.11ac. With changing access points I connect over WLAN 802.11r. I am also supported by the powerful tools of Zebra Print DNA.

JT: You seem to be a very versatile mobile printer.

ZQ630: I sure am! A version of mine even prints and encodes RFID tags. Those that are compatible with the UHF EPC Gen 2 V2, ISO/IEC 18000-63 and Rain RFID protocols. And speaking of compatibility, I am fully backwards compatible with all QLn accessories.

JT: ZQ630 – thank you very much! Let’s come to our candidate 2 – the ZQ220.

ZQ220: Hi audience! I’m a compact all-in-one receipt and label printer – and a real lightweight, at 420 grams, including the battery! I let myself be operated with one hand and charge easily via USB. I was developed for the daily jobs in retail, hospitality and logistics.

JT: Sounds interesting. We want to know more about you!

ZQ220: Happy to hear it! I have some really great features: my OLED display shows the Bluetooth connection, the print status, and the heat-pressure level. Also, I support media with 80, 76.2, 58 or 50.8 mm widths and a 50 mm diameter. When I’m out and about I always keep in contact with the host via Bluetooth 4.1, with which I have paired via NFC. And if it gets hectic at work: I have IP43 certification, with a soft case IP54 – so falls from 1.5 m onto concrete don’t bother me in the least. Here’s something not many people know: I like the environment. A version of mine uses linerless media, so it prints more environmentally friendly, since less waste is produced without backing material.

JT: Thank you, ZQ220! You have really great features!

Do you like both the candidates as well as we do? Then give them a round of applause and order the two mobile printers with your sales representative!
