Great simple scanning
The Gryphon I 4500 Series scanners are lightweight, ergonomic and intuitive to use. Thanks to their high-resolution megapixel sensor, the omni-directional scanners capture 1D and 2D barcodes and optionally Digimarcs with outstanding scanning speed and a high depth of field – even hard-to-read and damaged ones. Its lighting is warm white or red – both types are easy on the eyes. After the scanners have successfully captured a barcode, they confirm it via their patented Green Spot technology and 3GL (3 green LEDs).

The Gryphon I 4500 Series consists of various scanner models: those with charging cable (GD models), with Bluetooth and BLE (GBT models) and with narrowband radio (GM models). The latter two are equipped with an inductive charging function. Most models are also available as HC variants for healthcare and with disinfectant-ready, anti-microbial housing in black or white.

More protection against germs
Datalogic has expanded the Gryphon I 4500 Series to include »DRA« models. These scanners have disinfectant-ready plastic housing that may be easily cleaned with harsh disinfectants. Plus, anti-microbial additives, so-called silver ion additives, have been added to the housing. They prevent the growth of microorganisms, such as germs and bacteria, on the surface of the scanner and thus reduce their spread.
