\nThe duration of Colormetrics on-site service depends on the service period your customers have chosen (1, 2 or 3 years) plus a 14-day installation buffer \u2013 so service starts when the product is delivered from the distributor to the reseller.<\/p>\n

What does the service cover?<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe on-site service includes all hardware faults covered by the regular system warranty. This also includes replacing defective hard disks and SSDs with new components and providing your customers with functional hardware.<\/p>\n
