WABCOW\u00dcRTH Workshop Services GmbH is a joint venture between the W\u00fcrth Group and the Commercial Vehicle Control Systems Division of the ZF Group (formerly WABCO Holdings Inc.). The Germany based company, which was founded in 2010, specialises in the development, manufacturing and international distribution of multi-brand diagnostic solutions, calibration systems and A\/C service units for commercial vehicles. A robust laptop is one of the components of the complete solution for diagnostic and calibration work in workshops. In order to further increase functionality, performance and efficiency, the company put all components to the test. New, robust and mobile computers were to be used.

\/ Solution \/<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

WABCOW\u00dcRTH’s requirements for the new devices were demanding: they had to be suitable for use in harsh environments, be powerful and efficient and have easy-to-read displays \u2013 all important features for working on trucks, trailers, buses and vans. After all, the diagnostic systems are used in commercial vehicle workshops, especially those without manufacturer affiliation, as well as in haulage companies and municipal operations. The robustness and durability of the innovative Getac S410 rugged laptops were convincing.
