The new TOUGHBOOK G2 mk3 with 10.1″ touch display is Panasonic\u2019s first rugged tablet to offer AI edge processing capabilities alongside Windows 11 Pro. It utilises the Intel Core Ultra 5 135U processor with special Neural Processing Unit (NPU), which enables the device to collect, store and analyse data using artificial intelligence even when a connection to the cloud is not available \u2013 without compromising computing power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even in poor lighting conditions, the TOUGHBOOK G2 mk3 delivers high‑quality images and sets new standards with its 13 MP camera. With a battery life of up to 11 hours (15 hours with extended battery), the TOUGHBOOK G2 mk3 is perfect for prolonged use. It offers 5G connectivity, enhanced Bluetooth capabilities and is dust and water resistant with IP65, MIL‑STD‑810H and IEC 60529 certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customised support<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

With the Panasonic ProTect Maintenance Service, TOUGHBOOK customers are covered for any manufacturing faults or functional failures over a period of 3 years free of charge. The service includes troubleshooting, a packaging and logistics service, re-imaging, software and driver updates and a 48‑hour repair. Repairs are carried out by specialised technicians \u2013 access to the service and cloud self-service portal is also included. An upgrade to 3, 4 or 5 years ProTect PLUS or ProTect Infinity full maintenance is optionally available.
