J\u00f6rk Sch\u00fc\u00dfler: <\/strong>With the \u00bbCitizen Consul Club for ISVs\u00ab we address the individual needs of software houses and system integrators. Many resellers, who are already members of the CCC, came to us with inquiries if we could offer that, too. Of course we can! With the \u00bbCCC for ISVs\u00ab we offer software houses and system integrators tailor-made, individualized service.<\/p>\n

JT:<\/strong> What exactly does that mean?<\/p>\n

J\u00f6rk Sch\u00fc\u00dfler:<\/strong> The \u00bbI\u00ab in ISVs stands for \u00bbindividual\u00ab. It means that we actually offer each software house individually customized support in the form of our ISV Toolbox. We work together with industry leaders in hardware, resellers and software vendors. The tools of our ISV Toolbox simplify all integration processes for software houses and system integrators. After all, every company is different and therefore has different needs. This also applies to software houses. That’s why Citizen uses a toolbox that offers them different tools to work even better with Citizen. For example, the ISV Helpdesk is at your disposal with a dedicated project manager. He deals individually with the requirements and needs of the individual and helps find the best possible solution.<\/p>\n

JT:<\/strong> Are there differences in the support that software houses and system integrators receive?<\/p>\n

J\u00f6rk Sch\u00fc\u00dfler:<\/strong> We divided the support into four different levels: programming support and special firmware, webinars, and One2One demos for using our layout utilities. The great thing is, among others: our products – even firmware – are adaptable to fit the respective brand.<\/p>\n
