Outstanding performance makes the Datalogic Skorpio X5 mobile computer a legend.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Have you ever thought about what you will tell your grandchildren when they ask you in the distant future what you used to do? You could be brief: “I bought auto-ID hardware from the distributor Jarltech as a reseller and then resold it to companies that needed it.” Or you could embellish your story a bit for your grandchildren and tell them about a real legend you had the pleasure of meeting. It might sound like this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bbI was there at the time when the digital transformation entered almost all companies. The changes were revolutionary for everyone and I was part of it. With the most modern technologies that came onto the market, I helped companies to optimise their processes and workflows. Among the technologies I sold very successfully in those days were mobile computers. One was a real legend. It was called the Datalogic Skorpio X5. When you talked about it, everybody knew about it. It was used almost everywhere: in warehouses, in retail, in industry and in the transport and logistics sector. Everyone wanted to work with this extraordinary mobile computer and I was asked about it more and more. Why? Quite simply, it had outstanding features that everyone wanted to use for their business.\u00ab<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bbThe Skorpio X5 had an ergonomic shape. This made it very comfortable to hold and people could work with it for an unusually long time \u00ac- also because it had a very powerful battery that could be replaced during operation. The display of the mobile computer was a whopping 4.3″, it was one of the largest ever for a keyboard mobile computer. It was very bright, so the contents could be read well indoors in workshops or outdoors in the sunlight. Also, the display – as well as the window of the built-in scanner – was made of tempered Gorilla Glass, which made it very durable. It was also easy to use with a stylus or with gloved hands.<\/em>\u00ab<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sophisticated and robust like no other<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u00bbDatalogic had designed this mobile computer very thoughtfully. Because the requirements in almost every company were different, the Skorpio X5 was available in three different models with four different scan modules, three keyboard layouts and two charging technologies – this was very unusual and ensured that everyone wanted this mobile computer from me. To withstand use in the toughest conditions, the Skorpio X5 was very robustly built. It withstood dust and water, even drops from a height of 1.8 metres without any problems.\u00ab<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
