The Gryphon I GD4500 scans 1D, 2D and optionally also Digimarc barcodes at a rapid speed \u2013 and with eye-friendly, white backlighting. This type of illumination is better for reading low-contrast, coloured barcodes. The GD4500 has a very high depth of field, with which it also captures poorly readable or damaged barcodes in no time.<\/p>\n

Incidentally, it is also pretty clever. Thanks to its Datalogic Motionix motion sensors, it automatically switches between the scan modes that are needed at the time of scanning \u2013 whether in handheld use or in the stand.
